Honestly I will reiterate my previous statement your comments sound straight out of the '90s and you seem to know absolutely nothing about current imaging techniques and I recommend you do research. You also don't need to know a single thing about sysprep. You don't need to know anything about Microsoft volume licensing to prepare computers.
I just wanted to stop wasting time on new hires computers, not get intimate with Microsoft's volume licencing and sysprep procedure.

Now I've been bounced back again to VLSC support from "Microsoft Premier Support". However, when we bought them our CSP/License provider told us that we couldn't buy the licenses through VLSC portal anymore.
It's been at least two weeks that I'm trying to obtain the KMS HOST KEY to activate our KMS server for the new OFFICE LTSC 2021 licenses, and I've been bounced back and forth from various Microsoft support departments and our license provider/CSP and practically nobody had a single clue what I was talking about when I was asking for the KMS Host Key.Įxcept one operator of VLSC support, that apparently couldn't help me because we bought the MAK license through CSP instead that through VLSC. Just a little rant because there are issues greater than this, but nevertheless.
